Yes and I saw in your video, you mentioned that in US, the productb is
different. So, I bought the La Roche Posay Cicaplast. It’s Amazing as
primer as well as the dry areas on my combination skin. Thank you very much
    🙂

Sugar and food in general have never been proved as valid causes for acne!
Feeling of stress after eating a burger might be partly responsible for it
but absolutely not the food in itself! Apart from that your recommandations
    make sense

    Me too! 😀

You know what sounds crazy? i never had breakouts in my teens or in college
and I ate whatever I wanted(cookies, cereal) and didnt care too much about
what i was using on my face because i didnt have any issues, THEN I started
to eat healthy and juice and all that and my skin has not been the same
since 🙁 I suffer from acne now, but I hope it cures

  • Susie Whitegold says:

Have you tried Clinique Blemish gel? How does Effaclar this compare to it?

  • Sarah Boeke says:

Sugar definitely makes me breakout!!!!! It realllyyy helps me avoid it!

  • Alan S. says:

    yes

  • Kortney mccurrie says:

Can you please do a video on facial self tanners that are good and don’t
break you out? I would love that because I don’t fake tan in the winter.
    Thank you

Some ingredients break me out horribly, even if a lot of other people have
no problem with them. So now I always look at the inci list of a product
and this really works. On a normal level, sugar is not a problem for me,
like in tea or coffee, but anything with lots of sugar in it like sugar
glaze icing I stay away from, always make me break out.

The gel is targeted whereas the Euro version of the Duo is used as an all
    over treatment xx

  • Monica Woo says:

Do you know of a way to get the UK version in the US? Or what is the
difference that I should look out for when ordering it online?

  • holly16xx says:

Ruth did you’s this 2 a day everyday all over your face? I got it today
    hopefully it works! 😀

  • Maria SN says:

isn’t the fat in the food somehow converted into sebum? alimentation surely
impacts the skin, since having a clean diet makes the skin looks better, a
bad one makes it look awful!

  • Ayse Melrose says:

WE ALL HAVE TO HATE THAT SUGAR !!!! rrrhaaaaaa

  • A Model Recommends says:

The UK one doesn’t contain BP x

  • MrNakitjamuusi says:

That is sadly true. Basiron 5% gel is another great alternative that
doesn’t dry out the skin unlike many products containing benzoyl peroxide.
    Xx

  • jlamsz says:

Hi Ruth! Was just wondering, about the 111Skin cleanser, how much do you
use? Obviously the product is really runny and just one pump didn’t seem to
do it for me. Great if you could help! thanks!

  • A Model Recommends says:

    Haven’t tried it. x
