hello cassandra. I also I suffered from acne for many years, I had tried
all creams, antibiotics, birth control pills, etc. .. but I’ve never had
good results. Until recently browsing on the internet I scorperto a guy
named Arnold Ehret, a man who lived in the 900 cured people differently by
doctors, making him follow diet without mucus. He healed people from
pneumonia, acne, arthritis and many other diseases. I have tested on myself
and have derived many benefits; the acne is gone (apart from when eccedo a
bit ‘with some starchy foods or protein), cysts disappeared, allergies
disappeared, disappeared painful cycle. a miracle! I do not I will explain
how everything works, I am sending you the link of the book online but it
is in Italian and translate it into your language. the original book is
called “the healing system of the diet without mucus” by Arnold Ehret. pdf
in English you should find it but you have to look good. Regards (sorry for
spelling errors but I’m using the translator :))

I didn’t start having acne until I was in my twenties, and then I started
getting awful, painful acne all over my face. What’s help get rid of it
the most? I’ve completely eliminated dairy from my diet. The couple times
I’ve eaten dairy by mistake, my face has broken out.

  • Liv Mcc says:

I had no idea about any of this.. I never felt like researching anything
about acne because i have been in such denial about my skin.. It is all
over my jawline and neck! I mean of course my face but those are the worst
areas. Hard, PAINFUL CYSTS. I mean these things really really hurt and are
SO DIFFICULT to get rid of. I never considered researching this because I
was so ashamed I was almost in a state of denial and never wanted to admit
my skin could be this way. Would avoid mirrors unless I was slathering on
makeup. but I am accepting it and this video is SO HELPFUL girl. THANK
    YOU!!

  • Gra Piken says:

From what I’ve read, a low glycemic diet helps with stabilising hormones
and preventing blood sugar spikes which in turn create acne flare ups. I’ve
also read about using raw garlic, crushed and drunk in water for several
weeks acts as a kind of natural antibiotic without the side effects of
ordinary antibiotics. I believe diet, stress, exercise and lifestyle all
have an effect. I think you look beautiful and have flawless skin. It’s
brave of you to share your photos of your worst flare ups but I think it
will help a lot of people. I can’t afford a dermatologist and I have some
atrophic scars. I’m looking into using a derma stamp or something like
that. I’m not going to get hung up about such stuff though. Thanks for your
    videos. You are great! 🙂

  • Seda Korkmaz says:

Someone here suggested going vegan and thats the most logical thing to do i
guess. Acne is simply inflamation pockets. Acne is not genetic, the way
your body copes with inflamation is genetic. Dairy products include hell
lot of puss so starting by cutting the dairy from ur nutrition intake will
    no doubtly make huge difference.
There is a guy on instagram “therawboy”, i dont know who he is what he does
but he now has a flawless skin after quitting dairy and going vegan.
One last thing i dont believe acne can be cured topically it can be cured
from inside out so starting with the diet is crucial.
Going vegan, raw vegan, low fat raw vegan will give results which you will
struggle to believe to be true.

  • Serkan Yilmz says:

If you don’t want acne then DON’T touch your skin at all! Change your
sheets,Pillowcases more often and if you have dry skin, wash your face with
could water, if you have oily skin then wash your face with warm water,
same thing with your hair too, and drink alot of water, it’s good for your
    skin,hair,nails :3

Acne can be caused by hormones but necessarily stress, it can be just
hormone disbalance. It also can be caused by digestion problems or another
cause can be a skin acarid (in very bad cases).

Cassandra, I have to thank you for being open and honest about your
personal journey with acne. I am 33 and have suffered with cystic ance for
most of my adult life. I agree with you that cystic ance is the result of
an hormonal in balance, if you get the chance read The Hormonal Diet by Dr
Natasha Turner. You don’t need to diet but the book talks about hormonal
inbalance and how it plays a role in acne and all other aspects of your
body. Thank you again for sharing your story and being an inspiration to
many young and not so young woman.

    God bless Marcela

  • Leslie Murff says:

Hi Cassandra! Just wanted to share my experience with cystic acne to add to
the discussion on this subject. I didn’t get cystic acne until after
getting off spironolactone, which I was on to treat some moderate acne,
mostly on my cheeks. After getting off spiro my face blew up with cystic
acne all over my jaw, chin, back, and chest. it was horrible obviously. i
suspected my hormones were involved in this so i recently had them tested
and found out I had a huge hormone imbalance. so i would advise anyone with
cystic acne to have their hormones tested, as this can usually (but not
always) be the culprit, and seek some treatment for it. spironolactone is
usually used to treat hormonal acne but i will never go on that stuff again
after the havoc it wreaked on my skin. i’ve since chosen to go see a
naturopathic doctor who has been using natural supplements to help treat my
hormone imbalance, and thus treat my acne, which is 90-95% gone.
